bio: ever since hikaru was little, she was born with the power to manipulate water. she found that to be a gift, but the people she knew and loved found her to be a type of mutant of some sort. they kept away from her, and would always lie about everything. when she became 10 years old, her power became slightly stronger, and she could create water from thin air. that was then they began to really fear her, and they shoved her out of their town to have her live on the street all by herself. they told her the truth and how they hated her, and ever since then, she's hated everyone. she stayed away from people, not wanting to get close to any of them since she feared she would get hurt and tossed aside again. now she just wanders around aimlessly trying to find a new purpose in her life.
