***TARUKANE***
KoEnma sends the Reikai Tantei to rescue Yukina who is being held prisoner
by a human named Gonzou Tarukane. This is the introduction of the
terrible Black Black club and even more terrifying Toguro Brothers.
The main cast in this arc are the following:

~~Gonzou Tarukane~~

The human that imprisoned Yukina. He forces her to cry thus using her
'Tears of Greif' (a precious gem on the human world) to earn more money
for himself. He hires the Togurou brothers as bodyguards.
He has no special power unless you count money ^^;;

~~Toguro Aniki~~

He is smaller than his brother, and is constantly riding on his back.
I'm not quite sure why though ^^;; He squeaks and makes other obnoxious
noises and his voice is high pitched. Aniki means older brother, thus
Toguro Ani is the eldest Toguro brother.

-His body is apparently rubbery and he can stretch and manipulate it at will.
-He cannot die. Yep an annoying, psychotic immortal... just what the world
needs. Thank you Toguro Ototo for making that wondeful wish >_<

~~Toguro Ototo~~

The brothers first show up with Gonzou Tarukane, they are known for
leading a gang of demons who trade in monsters. They are experts in
handling monsters. Toguro Ototo used to work with Genkai about seventy
years ago. They both fought against demons. At one point though, Ototo is
unable to save his friends and becomes bitter and self deprecating.
When he and Genkai participate and win the Ankoku Bujutsukai, he makes
a wish to become stronger, deciding that in order to do this he must become
a demon, he wishes for a demonic body that will never grow old and remain
in peak condition at all times.

-He can increase his strength up to 100%. More accurately he can hold it
back and only use small amounts of energy to obliterate his enemies.
It's really rather disgusting to see someone put on that much muscle. Ick.
-He does not age, being a demon.

~~Miyuki~~

First of the Three Devils. Appears to be a beautiful woman with one horn
on her forhead.
Using a hair from her head, Miyuki can create a whip of incredible strength.

~~Immaki~~

The second of the Three Devils. He wears dark blue robes that cover
everything except his eyes and ears.
His weapon is bugnuts, like Ken from Weiß Kruez.
He uses a cloak that turns him invisible.

~~Gokumonki~~

He is the last of the Three Devils. He is the largest, very tan with red
facial haire (everywhere).
His weapon is a large club with morning-star like spikes on it.
The spikes are the size of about four men. He swings it with ease.
