Name: Misako Kisakata/Mariko [Yes Misako's last name is Kisakata, and not Minamino. ^^; I for one, am a huge Kurama fangirl...so I only put that in usernames. You probably don't care, but I'm just clarifying that for anyone who's confused. Haha. ^^;]

She could turn regular material items into deadly things and control the elements [She barely does that though since it drains her a lot]/Mariko has the same abilities as Misako [which she barely uses since she considers them "weak"], and she uses shadow energy or gravity force. Using her energy she's able to extend her nails. She's also an illusionist, and has telepathic [or rather telekinesis] powers.

Personality: Very complex, has a lot of hidden emotions. On the outside, Misako is
generally kind and considerate, normally calm, but hides all her sadness inside of her. She's extremely observant. Just don't get on her bad side./Mariko on the other hand is extremely cruel and merciless. She lacks empathy, and she loves seeing others in pain. Although Mariko and Misako both despise each other, Misako sometimes relies on Mariko for help, while Mariko gets extremely angered if someone hurts Misako. [Meaning, their exact relationship is unknown]

Likes: Helping others, flowers, being around her friends, reading/Killing or torturing people

Dislikes: Her demon form, evil people/demons, or people who threaten her or her friends./Her human form, Humans or demons, or people who are stronger than her.

[I know the demon form looks nothing like her regular picture... but it's supposed to be another (seperate) spirit, so that's why. Just clarifying it for a few people who asked me in a private message. ^^;]

Bio: Misako was born into an abusive and hostile family. Her parents always fought, and always took their anger out on her, mainly because she had unusual powers... making many people believe she was born as a demon. Though at her young age, she wasn't able to control it, so her powers would be out of control and she would be constantly misunderstood. One night, she ran away while her parents were fighting again. She befriended this one girl, who later betrayed her in the end. She began to hate all of humanity, and that hatred drew her demon form, Mariko to her.

[All the ideas here were given by Nanami-Chan. Thank you Nanami-Chan! ^^] Mariko was once the ruler of Makai [Demon World] and enjoyed her position. She was born as a "demon princess", and was supposed to have passed down the generation of "family rulers". She hasn't always been a ruthless, coldhearted killer. In fact, she was considered to be one of the nicest demons around. That all changed one day, when she fell in love with a demon who was much weaker than her. When she wanted him to rule with her, many other demons rejected. She was forcefully banished from demon world. When she tried going back, she was badly beaten. What shocked her the most was how she saw her "one true love" beating her as well. When she fell unconscious, she awoke in a coffin. She was able to use her strength to open the coffin. Feeling mentally worthless and emotionally betrayed, she had a change of attitude. Since that point, she's hated everyone, and slaughtered as many demons as she could. She fled to the human world as a spirit. [I finally decided to put Mariko's bio since a few people messaged me to. I had help from Nanami-Chan as well! ^^]

Over there, Mariko took on a new appearence [her current appearence] and met another demon, Kikimi. The two fought, and when Mariko won, she asked Kikimi to join her, and she did. Since Mariko wanted others to know how much she's suffered, she ended up betraying Kikimi while residing in Misako's body. Mariko helped Misako in her powers, and soon their bodies became infused. Mariko gained Misako's powers, but Misako wasn't able to gain Mariko's since she wasn't "strong enough". Still, Misako was content, since sometimes she was able to tap into Mariko's energy and use it to her advantage. It was then when Misako began killing everyone she hated, including her parents. However, this all stopped when she found a little girl who was crying. For some reason, Misako couldn't kill her, and just walked away. The girl followed, and wouldn't leave Misako alone. Misako didn't want to kill her, but she hated the girl. They never once spoke. She feared that the girl would end up betraying her like everyone else. After she thought about it for a while, she then planned on killing the girl in a non-painful way. One night, while they both were out walking, following Misako's plan, a few people got in their way. It turned out to be assassins who wanted to put an end to her senseless acts, and ruthless kills. It wasn't long before they began fighting, and Misako was badly beaten. The little girl who followed her all the time, just watched in horror. As soon as they were about to kill Misako off, the little girl jumped in the way, getting killed instead. When Misako saw this, she was in total shock, and so enraged that she was able to tap into her demon energy to kill the assassins. The death of the girl pained Misako, but also taught her a lesson. Ever since that incident, she began to trust people a lot more, and wanted to start a new life. While wandering the streets alone, a man found her and took her into his home, who she now sees as a fatherly figure. She wouldn't be able to see him much since he would always be away on business trips, but ever since then, Misako began helping people, which angered Mariko, her demon form. With their bodies infused though, they can't escape each other. Still, even though she's trying to reform, her painful past still haunts her every once in a while.

During school, she met Mikaru who soon quickly became one of her best friends. She would normally share all secrets with Mikaru, except the fact that she has a demon form. Mariko would normally take over if Misako was suffering from great emotional pain, or when she's near death.
